#MindfulMondays takes place each week in the Library during Midlo Morning,

#MindfulMondays is a team effort with our school psychologist, Ms. Oberg, our school social worker, Ms. Nebe, and the Midlo Counseling Department.

#MindfulMondays provides a weekly opportunity for students and staff to practice positive stress reduction.

#MindfulMondays gives focus to mindful breathing, meditation, guided imagery, and gentle yoga (no experience necessary!).
