Congratulations to December’s @GoMidlo Students of the Month: Elyas Aldugaish and Emma Rice.

Junior Emma Rice excels in motivating and supporting her fellow classmates while maintaining stellar academic achievement.  As a member of several extracurricular activities, such as Breaking Down Borders, she has shown leadership and contributed to the Midlo High community.

Senior Elyas Aldugaish led the effort to feed the RVA’s homeless, reaching out to Subway to organize a small team to go out and deliver sandwiches. He worked closely with the Midlo administration to facilitate an increase of inclusion in AP classes, and is an active leader in DECA, coordinating gift donations this past holiday season.
