On Friday, September 7, 2018, Midlo students celebrated their very first pep rally of the 2018-2019 school year. In the spirit of this event, Midlothian High School students of all ages donned their best blue and gold attire, including face paint, onesies, and morph suits.

Freshmen and juniors sported all shades of blue, while sophomores and seniors sparkled in their gold outfits. Midlo did not hold a blue and gold pep rally last year, so the return of the color theme sparked lots of the student excitement. Midlo faculty and students definitely brought their spirit to the first pep rally of the school year. The next pep rally takes place in October to celebrate Homecoming.
