On March 3, 2018, the Midlo Show Choirs participated in Koste Classic at Manchester High School. These outstanding performers have tirelessly prepared for this event since September, 2017. Every entertainer, crew member, and director meticulously perfected their acts, and the hard work paid off.

City Lights, an all-female show choir group at Midlo, won The People’s Choice Award and placed second runner-up in their division.  Senior Jade Durant won the Showmanship Award for the City Lights group. Brooke Ward, a sophomore, performs with City Lights. She describes the event as “filled with fun energy” and feels “excited to finish the season and compete in many more competitions together.”

Just For Show, the co-ed show choir group at Midlo, won Best Stage Crew, The People’s Choice Award, Most Spirit Award, Most Trending Show Choir, and placed second runner-up in their division. John El-Jor won Best Male Soloist, and Leah Besser and Daniel Doh both won Best Showmanship.

Congratulations, Midlo Show Choir!
