On Sunday, December 9, the girls JV and Varsity volleyball players came together, one more time, for the end of the season to have fun, talk, and earn awards.
As the girls sat together, eating food, a slideshow with pictures from over this year’s season was playing. Coach, Sherman Chung, made a speech. He spoke of how the season went, stats from the girls, and more.
After Chung’s speech, awards were given out. A couple of the awards were “MVP”, which was given to Maddeline Eslinger(12). Another award was the “Trojan award” that was awarded to Anaya Gustus(12). To wrap everything up, Chung gave the varsity players either a pin or book, while the JV players received a certificate. As the night ended, a final goodbye was given to the season.
