Every year during the first week of May, students thank their teachers for the incrediblly hard work they put in each and every day. As a way to celebrate teacher appreciation week, we asked teachers what their favorite thing about teaching is. Whether it was sharing their passions with the students or just working with them, the teachers unanimously agreed that their favorite part of teaching is the students. Mr. David Garrison, History teacher, said his favorite thing about teaching is working and interacting with the students. Mr. Ted Jones excitedly exclaimed that his favorite thing about teaching is the “Students, Students, and Students!”
