While the Midlothian High School Class of 1997’s duty at Midlo may have ended many years ago, their legacy and dedication for Midlothian never ceased. In honor of their 20 year reunion, they collected money to benefit a program called Trojans in Need, which benefits needy students at Midlothian High School. If a student needs help paying for a school fee, an SAT class, or an important field trip but do not have the means to afford these things, this fund will go to helping them.

On February 5, 2018,  Midlothian High School graduates, Erin Conmy, Krista Collier Martin, Nicole Cote Monday, Hilary Wilkins, Jenni Hawkins Thompson, and Favienne Helber Roop, attended a faculty meeting, at which they announced their impressive donation. The fund is in honor of David Robinson, Christian Bruns, Charles Ransom, and Brian Bowman, students in the class of 1997, who have passed away since graduating from Midlo.
