On Thursday, Oct. 24, Girls Varsity Volleyball had their senior night. They celebrated Maddy Eslinger, Abigail Jorde, and Anaya Gustus with cookies, sweets, and posters.
Before the game began, three underclassmen on the team gave speeches to Eslinger, Jorde, and Gustus. These heartfelt speeches brought tears to parents eyes. As the players took their spot on the court, all three seniors could be seen playing. They immediately started with outstanding plays, which granted them to win the first set.
The game came to an end with a 3-0 win. Everybody played to their strengths, especially the seniors. Eslinger, Jorde, and Gustus are loved by the volleyball community and will be missed next year.
