Week 3 of Midlo’s 5 Weeks of Giving kicks off with The World Language Department is asking for canned vegetables such as corn and green beans. This is an opportunity for students to pay off their library fines with their food donations.

The Paws for a Cause starts collecting food items for the local SPCA until December 1.

Tuesday, November 15 

Students can support the Midlo Library this holiday season by purchasing a Trojan Tote Bag, backpack, or glitter ornament. Visit bit.ly/mdhskeepsake to place your order.

Wednesday, November 16

Members of Rho Kappa National Honors Society have a mandatory after school meeting in Mr. Johnson’s room from 3 to 4pm.

Thursday, November 17

The first annual IB Thanksgiving Potluck will be after school from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Closed Commons. All IB students are welcome and can look for further instructions on what to bring on the IB Midlo Canvas page.

Starting on the 17th, the theater is performing “The Play That Goes Wrong!” at 7:00 p.m for three nights. For students and fauclty, they can get discounted tickets by showing ID at the door.

Friday, November 18

IB Jeopardy Night will be in the Library from 5 to 7 p.m. All IB students are welcome.

Saturday, November 19 

Come support the Trojanettes Dance Team at Manchester High School at 12 p.m. for their first competition of the season. Tickets are $8 at the door.

The Varsity girls volleyball team plays First Colonial High School for the VHSL state finals at the Siegle Center . The game starts at 6:30 p.m. with the theme white out.
