Midlo host annual 5 Weeks of Giving

Midlo Counseling Department partners with the Kingsway Community Church for a month long donation drive.

Throughout the remainder of October and into the month of November, the Midlo Counseling Department is partnering with the Kingsway Community Church once again to collect donations for those most in need during the upcoming holiday season. In an effort to support community members, the school will work to collect different types of donations each week as part of the #MidloCares initiative. 

Week 1: October 25-29th

The Midlo National Honor Society chapter looks to collect breakfast items, such as pancake mix, cereal and oatmeal.

Week 2: November 1st-5th

The Counseling Department asks Midlo community members to bring mac & cheese and ramen noodles.

Week 3: November 8th-12th

The Counseling Department asks Midlo community members to bring stuffing and mashed potatoes.

Week 4: November 15th-19th

In partnership with FBLA and the World Language Department, the school asks Midlo community members to bring canned vegetables. 

Week 5: November 29th-December 3rd

The Counseling Department asks Midlo community members to bring soap bars and socks.

 

All donation bins will be located in the front entrance way outside of the counseling offices.
