Midlo Students Pull Off a Comfy Pajama Day
Wellness Initiative Spirit Week: Day 1: Get 9 Hours of Sleep Per Night
On Monday, February 19, 2018, students came to school in their comfiest pajamas in support of the Wellness Initiative Spirit Week. The goal for pajama day is to promote 9 hours of sleep every night for high school students. This creative way to generate awareness surrounding the importance of healthy sleeping habits was a resounding success among Midlo’s sleepy students.
