The sound of string instruments can be heard throughout the open commons and into the closed commons as art is presented throughout the school. The Art Beat took place after school and was an event to show off all forms of art. There was not only physical pieces of art, but also musicians and singers. Orchestra students could be found around the school in small groups playing music. Physical art pieces were scatted throughout the open commons for all to enjoy. In the closed commons, activities were offered to anyone attending. To close off the night, City Lights and Just for Show preformed in the auditorium.
