Monday, November 21 

Week 4 of Midlo’s 5 Weeks of Giving is being sponsored by Black Student Union. This week, students are asked to bring in Oatmeal and Cereal. This is an opportunity for students to pay off their library fines with their food donations.

Students can stop by the Career Center (Room 122B) to pick up materials for colleges if they missed any college visits.

Tuesday, November 22

Paws for a Cause is hosting a meeting after school at 3 p.m. in Mrs. Johnson’s room, located in the 300’s math hall. Students should come with poster board, white paper, and coloring supplies.

Paws for a Cause is also taking donations in the front office until December 2. Students can consult the club for the donation requirements.

Wednesday, November 23 

Student holiday.

Students can support the Midlo Library this holiday season by purchasing a Trojan Tote Bag, backpack, or glitter ornament. Visit bit.ly/mdhskeepsake to place your order.

Thursday, November 24 

Student holiday and Thanksgiving.

Participate in a 10K Turkey Trot starting at 12 a.m. in Bryan Park.

Friday, November 25

Student holiday and Black Friday. Stores in the Midlothian area are offering extreme discounts.
