Spreading Minty Cheer
Trojans for Tomorrow Distribute Kindness Kanes for Exams
‘Tis the season to be jolly, which is exactly what the Trojans for Tomorrow Club’s December service project creates. The Kindness Kanes they produce aim to spread joy and a little word of encouragement to students as they enter the building the Friday before exam week. Club members greeted students at the door on Tuesday, December 13th, with a smile and an iconic minty treat.
Members of the National Honors Society and other volunteers joined in the festivities by helping to pass out the candy and by helping attach the cheery notes to the candy canes. The club worked hard during their December meeting to attach over 1,500 candy canes and notes Students even took the time and extra care to prepare handwritten notes for teachers and faculty.
