Midlothian High School would like to recognize all 50 students who volunteered their time and energy to serving the community at Midlo’s very first Special Olympics Track and Field event as the May Students of the Month. The Special Olympics committee made numerous positive comments about how these students made this an extremely special day for the athletes involved. It was a day of inclusivity and new relationships, as these students took care of the teams, escorting the athletes throughout the day and helping with the athletic events.
