When asked  to describe our Employee of the Month, members of the Midlo family say​ she ​inspires them by her cheerful spirit and constant seeking to improve not only herself but others as well. She is often observed greeting students at the door, inviting students to join her during Midlo Morning to provide extra help, and like her classroom, her department meetings are well organized and efficient.
