Lilley’s visitation will be held on Friday, November 18th, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Bliley’s Funeral Home at 3801 Augusta Avenue, Richmond, 23226.  The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 19th, at 5 pm at Bethal Baptist Church in Midlothian.
