The Midlothian Girls Tennis Team won their third consecutive state 4A team title on Saturday, June 11, 2016, with an impressive win over conference and regional rival Hanover.  The Trojans won five singles matches to conclude a successful 17-2 season.

Singles:  Holland (M) d. Hare 6-4, 6-1, Clarke (M) d. Moon 6-3, 6-2, Price (M) d. Temple 6-1, 6-1, Deaver (M) d. Moore 6-2, 6-2, Blank (M) d. M. Kazelskis 6-1, 6-0.
